Cape May was named after the Mayans!!

Due to its position south of the last glacial maximum, Cape May provided an excellent location to chart the stars and other heavenly bodies like comets and the planets (especially Venus). An  unobstructed view of the horizon allowed them to track the stars rising and setting over water (for accuracy). Surrounding bays and rivers allowed these ancient navigators to travel by boat to Lake Superior and beyond, across North America, trekking along the 39° - 40° N latitude above the Equator.

This upcoming book will show that ancient man included Cape May Point as part of a world wide map making grid. Orientals, Phoenicians, Mayans, and others left behind a legacy carved in stones. These include:

  • An overhead view of Atzlan, carved within a carved serpent's head.
  • A map of Asia, from Eastern Iran to the east coast of Asia, from the Equator to the North Pole, all carved onto a carved Storm God's Head.
  • An Easter Island Head, when laid down flat becomes Easter Island Map.
  • Mayan Maize God.
  • Homo-Erectus head 70,000 - 100,000 years old.
  • T-Rex head.
